These terms govern your use of gojetswest.com, our valuation request form, our phone line and our automated phone assistant, Riley, and our text and email messages (together, the "Services"), provided by JetsWest Inc., doing business as Jets West ("Jets West," "we," "us"). By using the Services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What we do
Jets West is an aircraft brokerage. We help owners sell aircraft, help buyers find aircraft, and arrange financing through lending sources. Nothing on our website or from our assistant is an offer to buy or sell a particular aircraft unless we say so in a signed written agreement.
2. Valuations
A private valuation is our good-faith opinion for your information. It is not a formal appraisal, a guarantee of price, or an offer. Market conditions and an aircraft's records, condition, and history change what an aircraft will sell for. We provide valuations free of charge and with no obligation to you.
3. Riley, our automated phone assistant
Our phone line is answered by Riley, an automated assistant that identifies itself as automated. Riley collects your details and passes them to our broker. Riley does not quote values, make offers, or give legal, tax, or financial advice. Information you give Riley must be accurate. A person from Jets West will confirm details with you. If you agree on our valuation request form, Riley may also call you to follow up. Calls handled by Riley are transcribed and recorded.
4. Text and email messages
- Program: Jets West sends messages to people who asked for a valuation or a callback about their aircraft, to confirm details, set up a call with our broker, and send follow-up information.
- How you join: by ticking the text-and-email box on our valuation request form. Agreeing is not required to receive a valuation or to buy or sell anything.
- Frequency and cost: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. Help: reply HELP, or contact us at info@jetswestinc.com or 702-763-8838.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Your responsibilities
Give us accurate information, use the Services lawfully, and provide only a phone number and email address that belong to you or that you are authorized to use.
6. Third-party services and links
The Services may link to or rely on third-party services, such as listing platforms and lenders. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Financing is subject to the lender's approval and terms.
7. Intellectual property
The content of gojetswest.com, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Jets West or its licensors. You may use it for your personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, scrape, or republish it without our written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will sell or buy any aircraft, at any price, or by any date.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Jets West is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost sales, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed $100.
10. Changes and ending access
We may update the Services or these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law requires otherwise.
